- Visit the NITI Aayog NGO Darpan portal.
- Register your organization and create a user ID and password.
- Fill in the required details and upload the necessary documents.
- Submit the application for review.
Step 3: Verification and Approval
- The submitted application and documents will be reviewed by NITI Aayog.
- Upon successful verification, the organization will receive a Unique ID from NITI Aayog.

Step 1: Prepare the Necessary Documents
- Copy of the registration certificate of the entity (NGO, Trust, Society, Section 8 Company, etc.)
- PAN card of the organization
- Details of the governing body members
- Resolution from the governing body authorizing registration under CSR-1
- DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) of the authorized signatory
Step 2: Online Application
- Visit the MCA portal and navigate to the CSR-1 form section.
- Fill in the required details, including NITI Aayog registration number.
- Attach the necessary documents and the DSC of the authorized signatory.
- Submit the form online.
Step 3: Verification and Approval
- The application will be reviewed by the MCA.
- Upon successful verification, a unique CSR Registration Number will be issued to the organization.
